Croissant

You know what a customer costs. We know what they're worth.

We identify your VICs as they check out, against verified purchase history across premium fashion, and grade every channel and campaign on how many it brings you.

Optimize

Customer quality, scored at checkout.

Optimize reads verified purchase history across premium fashion to score each new customer as they buy, and grades the channels and campaigns that brought them.

The receipt panel

Scores come from receipts.

Croissant members connect their purchase history for guaranteed buybacks. Their receipts add up to a verified, cross-brand record of how premium shoppers buy, and when one of them checks out with you, the score is already there.

Optimize

Every measured checkout, scored as it happens.

Each new customer scored the moment they buy, not a quarter later in a cohort report.

  • Every shopper scoredEach new checkout scored on arrival. From 7.0 up, the shopper is named with the reasons: depth of premium history, full-price share, returns.
  • Every campaign gradedEach UTM graded by the quality of the customers it delivers.
  • VIC alertsA shopper scoring 8.5 or above checks out and an email tells you the score and the order. In Optimize, the shopper opens with the reasons behind it.

A dashboard you visit when you want to dig. Optimize reaches you the rest of the time, by email and in Slack once you connect it, so a VIC gets acknowledged while they're still shopping with you.

Need to know

Frequently asked questions.

Acquisition quality, 0 to 10, from verified cross-brand receipts: depth of premium purchase history, full-price behavior, and returns. A 9 buys at full price and owns pieces from many premium brands. A 2 arrived on a discount and returns half of what they buy.

Lifetime value. Score bands carry realized outcomes from the receipt panel: shoppers who arrive at 9+ repeat within 90 days at 24.5%, against 15.5% for the under-3 band, and they are far likelier to land in your top-value tier. It is a read on the future of the relationship, taken at the first checkout.

Croissant members connect their purchase history for guaranteed buybacks. That network, $5B+ in verified purchases, lets us measure 5M+ premium shoppers against everything they buy across fashion and beauty.

Click Install. It opens in your Shopify admin, you approve, and that is the whole setup. Croissant scores a sample of your recent orders and emails a link to your store's email address, usually within minutes. The snapshot shows the shoppers who stood out, as masked email addresses with their scores. It does not grade channels; Optimize does that once it is on.

Your snapshot comes first and it costs nothing: you read your own numbers before anything is due. Live scoring is free up to 1,500 orders a month and is set by your order volume, the average of your last three months of orders a month: Lite is free to 500 orders, Starter is free to 1,500 orders, Growth is $1,000 to 3,000 orders, Scale is $2,000 to 7,500 orders, Pro is $3,500 to 15,000 orders, and above 15,000 orders it is custom. Everything in the product is included on every plan. It is month to month, you can change plan whenever your volume does, and we never move you ourselves.

One Croissant app on your store. Orders come in and get scored. Croissant never messages your customers, and nothing goes to ad platforms. Shopper segments export as CSV; alerts and recaps arrive by email, and in Slack once you connect it. We set it up with you.

Every customer is scored, and every score is counted. That is what your channel and campaign grades are built from. A customer is named in Optimize from 7.0 up, with the name and email from their order at your store: Optimize names people to celebrate them. Below that line they are listed with their name and email hidden, and they grade the channels and campaigns that brought them.

Your CDP tells you who your customers are. Croissant tells you what they're worth, and who your next ones should be. The scores come from purchases across the whole premium market, which no internal data source can see.
